The three musketeers
And there were the semester holidays again, the month that all Engineering students eagerly wait for. Rohini, Nagashree and I, usually go on a long trip, when holidays set in. We decided to make it short this time and planned on visiting Mysore . My friends asked me to get my laptop along so that we could watch movies, to pass our time during the journey. I usually hate kannada movies, but these two insisted me on watching one, and trust me for the first time, I enjoyed it . We were watching a movie called Mogina Manasu, and we literally ran out of the train, as the conductor called out the name of our stop. We then went to Rohini's aunts flat in Mysore, freshened up,and visited the Mysore Palace. We landed up at the wrong entrance, and used a Tonga to get to the other entrance. Later, it started raining, and so we decided to watch a movie at the theatre and ended up watching Drushya. All kannada movies in a row:P In the evening, we just roamed around the beautiful city of Mysore and went to the 3 star Hotel Pai vista for dinner. Every floor was designed with different themes and we chose to dine at the famous 'Guha theme'. We were really thrilled by the way they had designed that place, it was like a typical cave and was beautiful. There ended our first day.

We  started our Second day of the Trip  by munching the yummy Mysore Masala Dosa. Then, we visited the St.Philomena Church, the biggest church in Mysore. Its excellent building and interior, caught our eyes. After spending some time in this peaceful place, we had our lunch at another hotel. We then rested for a while and left to Bangalore. It was just a small trip of two days and yet seemed like we stayed there for a very long time. None of us had to mood to get back, but we had to , due to personal reasons. The trip made us get a big relief after exams. As usual, a time spent with best friends, is always a time well spent.
We had many crazy moments in this trip also, which I havent mentioned, like a debate with a set of unknown people in the train regarding our seat reservation:P  However,  if I  start describing what exactly happened, the blog would be really long. So, let me end it here by saying these two are more than just my best friends and I dont know what I would do without these idiots. Love you girls to infinity and beyond.
